This rate is very high as the relative rate in the world is 1,1% in 2011 (Baodatviet 2011). Bao moi (2012) claims that in 2012 the number of Vietnamese population will reach over 88 million people. This huge number reflects a promising demand for the whole market especially a basic market like garment and textile.
